My commentary:

• I was trying to figure out how much time has supposedly passed from the first book of the series to the beginning of this one. I think it's only like four months or so. It seems like it should be a long time, but I'm pretty sure everything in the first seven books took place within about four months. It's a lot of action packed into four months
