My commentary:

• "Lord of Misrule" is definitely an appropriate way to describe Bishop. It's perfect actually. 
• There was an episode of the TV show "Friends" in which the character of Joey was reading a book and got so scared that he put the book in his freezer. It is completely ridiculous and illogical, but reading this series, I suddenly understand the feeling. I love the books... totally love them... but some part of me is terrified of what's happening and what's ahead. It's freaky. I want to put the books in my freezer so I can be safe from them
